Maximum 16 reader can be connected to this AR716-E16 (2 X 7 reader per RS485 bus and 2 wiegand reader). Maximum 254 unit AR716-E16 interface can be linked together.

AR716-E16 connects to host PC through RS485. AR721Ei with on board LAN module can connect to host PC through TCPIP (10M).:

-Provide a more efficient and centralized control for multiple readers

-Allows grouping of multiple readers into door groups for easier management

-Supports emergency all door open function (through software or push button)

-Alarm output when the reader is offline

-Scheduled door unlock

-Scheduled auto reset of anti-passback status

-Can use the connected reader to manually control other electrical equipment.
